Assault Notifications: For robberies or assaults, 71.4% of respondents in 2023 indicated that police were informed, consistent with 2022 but showing improvement from 70.5% in 2021.

·  Declines in 2021: The year 2021 saw notably lower rates of reporting, particularly for burglaries (65.6%) and assaults (70.5%), compared to previous years, indicating a potential dip in public trust or engagement.

·  Recent Improvements: The data from 2022 to 2023 suggests a rebound in reporting rates, especially for serious crimes like robbery and assault, indicating improved community engagement with law enforcement.
